It celebrates the legacy of the Moors, a culture that began in Arabia and traveled to North Africa passing through many cultures and incorporating aspects of the their ingredients, cooking, and character.
The menu encompasses the French, Arabic, Spanish, Mediterranean & North African cuisine that reflects this blend of cultures. The food is a genuine recreation of the food that was akin to nomadic life many years ago. The roots lie in the homes, the families and the centuries of history that are captured in these timeless culinary classics.
Communal dining played a major role in the mealtime experience but was by no means the only aspect of it.
